2. Second, you will need to make sure that you have the proper size of equipment that is needed to offload the products from the trailer once they arrive at the product delivery site. To make sure that you have the correct size of equipment, since the sizes of the products being delivered will vary on an individual basis, you will need to give us a call so that we can get you the proper details that you need to safely offload your products. Someone from our team would be more than happy to assist you when you give us a call. 

Here are the two requirements for the product pick up process:

1. First, you will need to make sure that you give our team a call so that one of our wonderful team members can assist you in scheduling a date and time for you to come pick up your products from one of our facility locations. Once you come to pick up your products, we will take care of loading the products onto the trailer for you, so there is no need to concern yourself with that part of things.
2. Second, however, we do ask that you please provide us with some chains and/or straps that can be used to securely fasten the products to the trailer for transport once they have been loaded up.
