The reason that you will need to contact us in order to find out the correct size of equipment needed to offload the products is because the specific requirements for the equipment will vary on a case-by-case basis due to the fact that the sizes of the products being delivered will also vary on a case-by-case basis.

Here are the requirements that need to be met for the product pick up process: 

1. First, we ask that you please give us a call in order to schedule a date and time to come pick up your products from one of our facilities. When you call, someone from our team would be more than happy to assist you with this process.
2. Second, we ask that when you come to pick up your products, you please bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the products to the trailer once they have been loaded up onto the trailer. We will make sure that the products get loaded up onto the trailer though, so there is no need to worry yourself with that part of things.
