1. First, to schedule a date and time to come pick up your products from one of our facilities, please give us a call and one of our team members would be more than happy to help get you on the schedule. Once you come to pick up your products, do not worry about having to load them up onto the trailer, as our team will gladly take care of this part of things for you. 
2. Second, although we will take care of loading the products onto the trailer for you, we ask that you please bring with you a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the products to the trailer once they have been loaded up. These only need to be borrowed, so no worries about us trying to keep them afterward. Thanks!
